Q: When will my order ship?
A: Retail orders are pulled from our fulfillment center Monday through Friday. Depending on when you place your order, it will take anywhere from 2-3 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. We ship via US Priority Mail, a 2-3 business day ship, depending on your location. Please allow 3-4 weeks for international orders.
Q: I received my order, but the items I received are incorrect or damaged. What do I do?
A: We make every effort to ensure that your order is correct, and that your items arrive safely to you. In the case that a mishap does occur, you can reply to the email you received when you place your order, or the email you received when your order shipped. Either of these options will get a response from customer service. Be sure to include both your first and last name, as well as your Order ID number in any correspondence with customer service.
For Domestic Orders:
If the total value of the items missing is less than $5.00, we will credit the card you used when placing your order. If the mishap exceeds $5.00, we will send a separate shipment to replace the missing or damaged items.
For International Orders:
If the total value of the items missing is less than $15.00, we will credit the card you used when placing your order. If the mishap exceeds $15.00, we will send a separate shipment to replace the missing or damaged items. Please allow 3-4 weeks for international orders.
Q: Can I submit images of my Reminisce projects to the website gallery?
A: Absolutely! While space is somewhat limited for each collection, we are always eager to see what you have been creating with your favorite Reminisce collections! Please email a JPEG file of your project at 400x400 pixels, to info@designsbyreminisce.com and put "gallery submission" in the subject line. Images are added weekly to the gallery, so keep checking back!
Q: How can I apply to be considered for your Design Team?
A: While we are at "full strength" right now on our team, we are always taking on freelance designers for specific assignments. Please email your contact information, as well as at least 3 examples of your work (preferably with Reminisce product) to info@designsbyreminisce.com and put "design team submission" in the subject line. All submitters and their sample work is kept in a database, so when the need arises for extra designers, you will automatically be on our list of people to contact.
Q: What is your policy on recreating and/or selling items with Reminisce products?
A: Reminisce is an Angel Company and while we are thrilled that you choose to use our products in your artwork, we do ask that you follow a couple simple guidelines.
1. Only original Reminisce products may be used when creating your projects; designs may not be reproduced. This includes, but is not limited to, scanning, photo or hand-copying Reminisce artwork.
2. If you plan to sell artwork that includes Reminisce product, the artwork must be handmade by the original creator and not mass produced.
3. Reminisce logos, trademarks, etc. may not be displayed in conjunction with another company or personal logo, trademark or name, or in any way that implies endorsement of your items by Reminisce. Questions regarding our Angel Policy can be directed to info@designsbyreminisce.com.
Q: My Reminisce project was recently published in a magazine. Do you offer compensation for publication?
A: Through our Reminisce Fanatic program, any Reminisce layout, card or project (item must use at least 50% Reminisce product to be considered) that appears in the following list of publications, is eligible to receive $100 in payment. If you have a project published in Creating Keepsakes, Simple Scrapbooks, Paper Crafts, Scrapbooks, Etc. or Memory Makers, you must send in the following information to receive your payment:
1) Mail or email us the page of the magazine you were published in (photocopies/scans are okay)
2) Please include all your details including your name, physical address, email and phone number as well as the magazine title and month of issue
